The wine has a deep pink color. When brought to the nose, distinctive floral fragrances emerge, such as rose, violet, elderflower and other delicate white flowers. In addition, aromatic notes of sour strawberry, raspberry, cherry, grapefruit and banana can be detected, along with a subtle lactic nuance. Upon tasting it, the wine reveals itself as a sweet option on the palate and refreshing at the same time. It combines flavors of white pear, citrus and raspberry, which are complemented by a slight touch of bitterness at the end. This wine is presented as a complex and rich option, with an acidity that ensures proper aging and a high potential to be paired with a wide variety of dishes.
