Founded in 1928, Domaine Huet today extends over 35 hectares spread over three plots: “Le Clos de Bourg”, “Le Haut-Lieu” and “Le Mont”. Planted exclusively in Chenin on deep clay-limestone soil, the farm is worked in biodynamic agriculture, of which it has been a pioneer since 1988 in France.
On the aging side, the bottles are kept on slats for a minimum of three years in old stone galleries under the tuffeau.
When tasting, the nose reveals itself with cooked or raw fruits such as apples. Then place the freshness of citrus fruits topped by floral tones. The palate expresses itself identically on the fruits with richly airy bubbles. The finish reveals a slight bitterness for an assertive elegance. A beautiful combination of sweetness and complexity in your glass!
