Aged in stainless steel vats, the fruit and power of the Malbec remain very present. Producer Information Its truly a family affair at Vignobles Arbo and it has been since the beginning of the twentieth century. Bernadette Arbos great-great-grandfather bought this idyllic plot to the north-west of Bordeaux just before WW1. Unfortunately, Amand Puyache was killed in the war before he could realize his dream of owning a winery and the vineyard. Happily, fate intervened and today the vineyard produces excellent Bordeaux wines that he would have been proud of. When Bernadette inherited the vineyard, the grapes were being sent to a local cooperative. However, with her husband Joseph, she decided to leave the cooperative and revive Amands original plans.
