Made from a blend of 85% Glera (the prosecco grape) with 15% Pinot Noir for colour, this fresh and delicate rose is a delightful aperitif. Delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes that remind of peach, green apple and lemon. Floral notes of acacia and rose. A lively mousse and fresh acidity complement the notes of strawberries and pink lady apples.
