TASTING NOTES
Named after Bertrands star sign, this special cuve is only produced in the best vintages from Bertrands oldest vines within the Bourgogne appellation (but in the commune of Nuits St Georges), together with parcels in the Cte de Nuits Villages, Pommard, Volnay, Beaune and Marsannay appellations that are too small to be vinified separately. It is a high quality Cte dOr Pinot, aged for fifteen months in 500 litre oak casks.
