Made from 85% Ciliegiolo and 15% Alicante.The Capoccia Maremma Toscana DOC has a deep ruby red color, a sweet and pleasant nose, characterized by fresh, vinous and fruity scents with identifying characteristics of plums, blueberries and blackberries on a background of spicy notes.Juicy and of medium structure, on the palate it is dry, rightly soft, well balanced by a subtle fresh note and round tannins.The finish has good length and excellent cleanliness and character.Goes perfectly with cold cuts starters, first courses with meat sauces and meat main courses.
