Huia Blanc de Blancs is 100% Chardonnay and estate grown. The nose shows fresh citrus and lovely fresh baked bread characters. Light citrus flavours retain freshness on the palate. Inspired by Graham Greenes novel Brighton Rock which juxtaposes innocence and evil. Kate used the doily print to represent the innocence of waitress Rose who is seduced by the gangster Pinkie in 1930s Brighton.
