Very pale salmon pink colour. Bright and fragrant on the nose, bursting with cherry blossom, peach and strawberry. The palate is zesty and vibrant – juicy pears and white strawberries at the core with a lively acidity to keep everything fresh. Cool and crisp through to the finish.
