Remelluris Reserva is all estate-grown, organic and biodynamic fruit of the highest quality despite being handled in a moderated version of Reserva production, all the real work is done in the vineyard. Aged in a mix of (mainly) french and american oak, new through four uses, and racked several times, but with no oxidation or abstraction, its a pure wine of the mountain.
