Sidewood Sparkling NV

Sidewood Estate Sparkling is composed of two grape varieties – 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, both of which were harvested from the celebrated Adelaide Hills wine region. The resulting blend offers lively aromas of strawberry, lemon citrus, apple, lime, pear and repressed notes of biscotti. The palate is treated to an elegant and well combined extravaganza of intense strawberry, nectarine and cashew characters, further enhanced by partial malolactic fermentation and extended time on yeast lees. The natural acidity of the resulting blends provides structure and finesse, leading to a citrus and nougat finish. Being a versatile wine style, it pairs well with foods such as caviar, smoked salmon, tandoori kebabs, and even popcorn and potato chips.
