After a rush of bright cherry and wild berry flavors on the palate, the wines classic structure comes into focus, presenting a Barolo of substance, power and elegance. The finish has the dried mint and menthol overtones that persist while the acidity kicks in creating the desire to indulge in another taste, and another. Aromatically the wine leaps from the glass with rose petal, and dried herb notes, especially after being open for 30 minutes and poured into large burgundy stems.
