Woodstock Varietal Shiraz

Woodstock Shiraz sources its fruit from one of the most reputed Shiraz-growing regions of Australia – McLaren Vale. Flaunting a dark red colour, this is a richly flavoured Shiraz which opens with aromas of spice and red berry fruit on the nose, which follow through to the palate. The palate is filled with sweet and ripe tannins balanced by a complex acid structure, giving this wine brilliant concentration and complexity. The wine tastes best when paired with beef, lamb and game dishes.
